Commitment

Labo Tecnic Studio of Mirco Pregnolato, Via G. Leopardi 12, 45014 Porto Viro (RO), Italy, VAT no. IT01504180298 is committed to making bluedeltacrab.com accessible, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act).

Reference standards

Reference standards: harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Compliance status

bluedeltacrab.com is partially compliant with the reference standards, due to the non-compliances listed below. This is a self-assessment carried out by the controller; no third-party audit has been performed.

Non-accessible content

  • The interactive atlas map and some charts do not yet have a complete text alternative; some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible;
  • some motion effects and animated backgrounds: the site honours the operating system “reduce motion” setting, but does not yet offer its own switch;
  • some gold-on-dark text combinations may not reach the minimum contrast ratio at every text size.

We are fixing these points in upcoming revisions. In the meantime, if any content is not accessible to you, write to us and we will provide it in an alternative format.

What we have already done

  • ordered headings and a single main heading per page;
  • a “Skip to content” link and keyboard navigation in the menu;
  • text alternatives on informative images;
  • fonts and scripts hosted on our own server, no external services;
  • page language declared, with separate Italian and English versions.

Feedback and contact

To report an accessibility problem or ask for content in an accessible format, write to partners@bluedeltacrab.com stating the page and the problem. We reply within 30 days.

If the reply is not satisfactory, you may contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the supervisory authority for services under Legislative Decree 82/2022.

Date

Statement prepared on 5 November 2026, based on a self-assessment of the site. It will be reviewed at least once a year and after any significant change.
