What is Blue Delta Crab™?
The supply-chain project for the blue crab of the Po Delta. The Blue Delta Crab™ Consortium has been incorporated and Phase 1 has been under way since 1 November 2026.
How can my business join?
If you fish, process or cook blue crab, fill in the expression of interest on the Join page (Italian) or write to partners@bluedeltacrab.com.
How does traceability work?
Superior Quality System Certified and Verified by Blockchain Technology: lot fingerprints are recorded on the Polygon network, which is active. You can check a code on the Verify page; the method is explained in Traceability.
Are ISO, BRCGS, IFS and MSC certifications obtained?
They are the reference standards on which the Quality System is built, as explained on the Reference standards page.
