Shipping
We ship worldwide; food travels refrigerated in the cold chain. VAT-inclusive rates, zones and times: Shipping.
Returns and withdrawal
Merch: 14 days from delivery to withdraw. Food: withdrawal is excluded by law, but we replace or refund if it arrives damaged (report within 24 hours). Details: Refunds.
