Who is the controller

Data and purposes

• Application (applications page): company name, VAT number, business email, plant if given, description of the activity. Purpose: to evaluate the application and reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Emails you write to us (for example from the access-request forms): the forms only prepare an email in your mail program; nothing is sent from the page. If you send it, we process your name, email and the text you write in order to reply. Legal basis: carrying out your request; for the Access list, your consent, which can be withdrawn.
• Lot verification: the check of reference-lot codes runs in your browser. The code you enter is not sent to us or stored.
• Delta map: map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address to serve them. The point cards are our own data, loaded by the site.
• Security: technical server logs (IP address, date, page requested) to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Retention

Applications are kept for as long as needed to evaluate them and manage any relationship, and for legal obligations. Emails received for the Access list are kept until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs are kept for a short period.

Recipients

We do not sell data and use no third-party tracking or analytics tools. Data may be processed by the hosting and mail provider as data processor. Fonts are served by our own server: no requests to external font services.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to partners@bluedeltacrab.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
