1. What this site is

bluedeltacrab.com is the institutional site of Blue Delta Crab™, the Blue Delta Crab™ Consortium, operating reference Labo Tecnic Studio, Via G. Leopardi 12, 45014 Porto Viro (RO), P. IVA IT01504180298. It informs about the seal, the rules, the Council and the Consortium, and about a lot-verification system on reference lots.

2. What is sold

Only four documentation services for businesses are sold: BDC-STORIA (7,930 euro), BDC-MESE (963.80 euro), BDC-FOGLI (4,270 euro) and BDC-CONTROLLO (2,318 euro), VAT included. Ordering and payment take place on bluedeltacrab.shop, under its terms. We do not sell food: the packs shown are reference images.

3. What the services are not

The services follow the reference standard, are not an investment, do not guarantee tenders or funding, do not make you a member of the Consortium and give no right to a licence to use the mark: no licence is granted.

4. Content

Informational texts are given with source and date; hypotheses are marked as such. Images are reference images. Lot verification runs on reference lots, with Sample data. The map points are a census from unverified public sources: none is a partner.

5. Mark

The mark and the house seal belong to the Blue Delta Crab™ Consortium. You may not use them without a written licence.

6. Governing law

Italian law applies. If you act as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the Consumer Code remain in force.
